Rosario's is hiring immediately for Cooks to join their team at San Antonio International Airport!
The Cook is responsible for executing the restaurant’s kitchen operations. Works effectively through others to help build and retain teams that exemplify Smoke Shack’s brand platform through every interaction, as well as support the ongoing growth and execution of the brands strategies and activities.
You must know and train on all kitchen operations from recipes / prep to execution of all stations. Others tasks such as inventory and ordering will also be required.
Cook Job Responsibilities:

• High skill level on every job duty and skill for the back of house employee
• Meet/exceed standard operating procedures
• Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices
