Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- At least two (2) years of insurance experience.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Process customer policy change requests and payments from customers.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
