Registered Nurse (RN) — Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Provide complex, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity, fast-paced PCU for patients transitioning from ICU or at risk for deterioration, including cardiac, post-surgical, and multi-system cases.

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Monitor and interpret telemetry
- Titrate IV medications according to clinical protocols
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families to support safe transitions and understanding of care
