Role: Provide inpatient neonatal care for newborns in a Level IV, 46-bed NICU as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to critically ill and medically complex newborns.
- Collaborate with neonatology, nursing, respiratory therapy, and other care team members to support safe, coordinated treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical coverage needs, including day, occasional nights, and weekend/holiday support as required.
- Engage in education of staff and learners.
- Contribute to quality improvement, research, and other academic initiatives.
- Strong clinical judgment and competence in NICU-level newborn management.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement through education, QI, and research activities.
