- Deliver day-to-day bedside nursing care and assist with clinical interventions
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Assess and document vital signs and relevant clinical observations
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health instructions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow care plan requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection-control practices
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support high-quality, efficient care
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and monitoring skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Commitment to patient education, safety, and infection control
