PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient)
Provide hands-on physical therapy support under the direction of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Support physical therapist evaluations and contribute to patient care plans as instructed.
- Help implement, adjust, and progress exercises and activities based on plan of care.
- Document patient care and outcomes in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management.
- Collaborate with a patient-first, multidisciplinary care team.
- Credentialed/qualified Physical Therapist Assistant able to deliver supervised therapy interventions.
- Strong communication and bedside manner for patient and family education.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, community-focused environment.
- Proficiency with documentation in an EMR system.
