- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care within scope of practice.
- Perform clinical procedures as appropriate to licensure and certification.
- Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies to support clinical decision-making.
- Document assessments, plans, and progress in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Coordinate safe discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Active PA or NP licensure/certification and ability to practice within defined clinical scope.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
- Proficiency interpreting labs and imaging and applying findings to treatment decisions.
- Effective documentation and communication, including accurate EHR charting.
