Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination
- Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records
- Assist in performance review cycles and training initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
