SALARY: $30.00 per hour

LOCATION: Agoura Hills, CA

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.
• Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process.
• Respond to employee questions and assist managers with HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain employee records, employment verifications, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR compliance, benefits administration, special projects, and other Human Resources initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS such as Dayforce is a plus.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work onsite in an office environment throughout the workday.
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
