Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Uncapped Commission & Benefits

This position is for a strong commercial roofing salesperson who wants more backing, more structure, and a larger growth potential. You’ll be joining a known, liked and trusted contractor that has experienced continuous growth since their inception.
The business is intentionally expanding their headcount, improving their benefits and modernizing their systems and infrastructure while preserving the local culture and relationships that have supported the business for more than 60 years.
You will become a known source of excellence within the territory providing reroofing, new construction, service, maintenance and repair services to customers across education, government, industrial, healthcare and general commercial markets, this is a company that can open the doors, all you need to do is close.

What we are looking for:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of winning new business
- Competitive mindset motivated by targets, performance, and earnings
- Strong hunter mentality; prospecting, opening doors, and building pipeline
- Commercial roofing sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Able to meet clients on site, inspect roofs, and take ownership of the full sales cycle
