Benefits: 401k, Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays & Company-Funded Training
The opportunity:
Most estimating jobs keep you pricing the same system on the same type of job, year after year.
This one puts the full range of roofing work on your desk and gives you a clear route into leading the department.
You'd be pricing projects from $50K through to $2M across every system this business installs.
This family-owned Carolina contractor has served the region since for over 30 years and now generates more than $40M annually.
The next target is $75M to $80M, and every one of those new projects starts with a number from estimating.
You'd join a team of four in the Conway office. An estimator with the right work ethic and the drive to grow can step up into the Estimating Manager role, which pays $100K and up.
What's in it for you:
Roofing estimator roles usually come with one niche and a ceiling you can see from your first day.
Here you'd have a broad mix of work at a contractor with the volume to keep it varied, plus a defined step up into management.

- Price projects from $50K to $2M across low-slope, steep-slope and specialty wall panels
- Work across commercial and high-end residential, new construction and reroof
- Join an established estimating team of four rather than working as a lone estimator

The role:
You'll work from the main office in Conway, around five miles west of Myrtle Beach, as part of a four-person estimating team.
Day to day, you'll review plans and specifications, complete takeoffs and pricing, and build accurate, competitive bids across the full range of systems the business installs.
You'll work closely with the project management team so that your numbers hold up once the job is on the roof.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience estimating commercial roofing projects 3 Years
- The ambition to grow into a leadership role over time
