Position: Commercial Roofing Account Manager (Uncapped Commission)

Salary: $60,000–$100,000 Uncapped Commission

Our client is looking for a Commercial Roofing Account Manager who can win new business, turn customers into long-term partners and become the first person they call when their roof needs attention.

You’ll join an ambitious commercial roofing business offering the support of experienced estimating and production teams, opportunities for progression and uncapped commission that rewards the business you bring in.

The role
You’ll take ownership of finding new opportunities and growing strategic accounts, managing the relationship from the first conversation through to project completion and the next opportunity.

You’ll meet customers, assess their roofing needs and work with internal teams to put forward solutions that make commercial sense. You’ll present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals, then stay involved to ensure a smooth handover and a strong customer experience.

Alongside winning new business, you’ll build a qualified pipeline, forecast sales and uncover opportunities within existing accounts. Post-project conversations about maintenance, warranties and future requirements will help you stay close to customers and earn their repeat business.


What you’ll bring
You know how to ask the right questions, spot an opportunity and earn a customer’s confidence. You’re competitive about winning business and take pride in keeping it.
You’ll bring:

• At least five years’ experience in account management or a comparable consultative sales role.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and commercial roofing systems; previous commercial roofing sales experience is a strong advantage.
• The confidence to prospect, present, negotiate and close.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage a pipeline alongside established accounts.
• A willingness to get out into the field, inspect roofs and work safely at height.
