Position Summary: The Operations Manager plays a crucial role to lead, collaborate and develop team members; setting standards on directing and coordinating all activities of the production and warehouse. The Operations Manager will work cross functionally and interact with many key stakeholders.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Develop project scopes, objectives and communication, involving all relevant stakeholders

Schedule new approved jobs in estimated location on the calendar or based on requested start date

Create Slack group for new approved jobs

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations (ie. Material Tracking app)

Review with material handling department upcoming project delivery dates
-
Monitor Acumatica to ensure project managers are updating the production status and provide necessary paperwork

Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline team members

Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues

Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operational team members

Ensure resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs

Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Provide leadership for the team by building and motivating team members to meet key performance indicators (KPI)

Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation

Perform all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications and OSHA rules, regulations and company policies.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews: prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify needs

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions

Meet or exceed operations labor budgets expectations

Provide technical support and guidance to personnel as required.

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
