Position Summary: The Service Technician plays a crucial hands - on role to be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and installation of various roof types. The Service Technician is instrumental in providing excellence on roofing installation and maintenance; and working with key stakeholders.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Setting project sites up including equipment and scaffolding

Perform maintenance and repairs on various roof types and systems

Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office

Troubleshoot problems and implement effective repairs

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties

Investigating and resolving customer complaints

Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to

Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met

Manage and maintain accurate working documents

Conduct roof surveys and meet with clients to assess requirements, take measurements, photos, and collect data to be used in plan

Provide technical support and guidance to personnel as required

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
