What You’ll Do- Distribute door hangers and flyers to generate new roofing leads (primary responsibility).
- Operate a company drone to perform roof inspections.
- Attend insurance adjuster meetings to assist our sales team.
- Drive a company vehicle to canvass neighborhoods and set up/remove yard signs.
- Collect checks from homeowners when needed.
- Report daily activity and results to the sales department.
- Hungry, motivated, and competitive personality – someone who wants to earn big.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on the move.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a self-starter mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
- Tech-savvy enough to operate a drone
- Hourly Pay Lead Bonus: $20/hr plus a bonus for every lead you generate.
