Ron Tonkin Honda is the largest Honda dealership in Portland. With that being said, we need a highly driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our Sales Team! Our dealership is very family focused. Not only do we feel like family is important, but we also treat each other as a family as well.
Our Automotive Sales Representatives are the backbone of our sales Department. It will be expected of you to persuade leads to come to the dealership and purchase a vehicle. The ideal Automotive Sales Representative is going to be able to efficiently assist clients through the purchasing process while providing a warm, welcome feel.
Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
This is a full-time position.

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications
- Driver’s License.
- Previous sales experience.
- Automotive sales experience is NOT required but strongly preferred.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
