Position Summary
Ron's Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Maintenance Forklift Driver (Stand-Up) to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating stand-up forklifts while assisting with light maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient facility.
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Transport product to designated storage areas and production zones
- Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks, including:
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Reporting equipment issues or safety concerns
- Supporting minor repairs as directed
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and staging
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Support warehouse team with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts required
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Basic mechanical or maintenance aptitude is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
