What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Service Advisor at our Green location, you aren't just writing tickets—you are the face of a high-volume service department. You’ll be:

• Acting as the primary liaison between our guests and our world-class technicians.
• Providing transparent, "Feel Good" service recommendations (No high-pressure tactics, just honest advice).
• Managing a fast-paced workflow in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Experience: Previous service advisor experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality from high-end retail or hospitality.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
 

REASONING ABILITY
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must obtain and maintain any certificates, licenses, and registrations as required by Dealership.

Must maintain valid Driver's License that meets dealership insurability requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work a 40 Hour work week.

Ability to be on feet up to four hours at a time with no restrictions.

Ability to stand/sit with no restrictions.

Ability to enter/exit and operate a motor vehicle with no restrictions.

Ability to lift to 40 pounds at one time with no restrictions.

Other duties may be added as required.
