Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant who is hungry, tech-savvy, and guest-focused. You will be responsible for guiding guests through their entire vehicle purchase journey—from the initial greeting and vehicle demonstration to the final delivery. This is a high-volume environment where your income is directly tied to your effort and ability to build relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Provide a world-class experience to every guest, whether they arrive in person, via phone, or through internet leads.

• Product Expertise: Become an expert on the Hyundai lineup and our pre-owned inventory to effectively match guests with the right vehicle.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-discovery interviews and professional vehicle demonstrations.

• Process Orientation: Follow our proven sales process to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

• Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with guests long after the sale is complete.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex features and financing options in an easy-to-understand way.

• Adaptability: Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and digital video tools to communicate with guests.

• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• 3-5 years of results-oriented experience
• Experience with consultative selling.
• CRM experience
• Willingness to travel
• Team focused mentality

• Experience working with different customer types.
