The Servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property he server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers ensuring 100% guest satisfaction

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a professional appearance at all times

2. Provide prompt and efficient customer service

3. Display knowledge of the Tavern menu

4. Take guests food and/or drink orders and accurately import them to computer

5. Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner

6. Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and the discontinuing service to intoxicated guests

7. Checks back to ensure guest(satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested

8. Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment

9. Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized

10. Listen and respond to customer complaints

11. Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager

12. Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

1. Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally

2. Work extended hours during golf and holiday season

3. Work weekends and holidays

4. Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending,

5. Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas

6. Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate to loud noise level

1. A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining

2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law

3. Possess excellent customer service skills

4. Must be dependable

5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

6. Must be able to work in a team environment

7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to operate computerized cash register system
