Duties & Responsibilities:
- To clean, sterilize, and wash all dish, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Scrape and spray food from dirty dishes, and place them in racks push into dishwashing machine.
- Spray out soup bowls and rack.
- Load full glass, cup, and mug racks into machine.
- Scrub inside and outside of all pots and pans, then run through machine.
- Empty all trash cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Notify supervisors of any loss or breakage.
- Return dishes, pans, etc. to proper storage areas
- To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
Qualifications:
- Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Work weekends and holidays
- Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
Salary : $15 - $17
