Duties & Responsibilities:
- To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards across work areas.
- Prepare food items according to recipe specifications and production guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to stay informed.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and promptly report any issues to a supervisor.
- Complete end-of-shift duties, including ensuring workstations are stocked and ready for the next shift.
- Follow all health and safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Notify management immediately of any issues or potential concerns.
- To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.
Qualification:
- 2 Years’ proven experience in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- High School Diploma - Culinary School Degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs.
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Work night and weekends

Salary : $17 - $22
