Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced and energetic Internal Service Advisor to support our service department and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow between technicians, parts staff, warranty teams, and management. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary internal point of contact between technicians, service managers, and parts/warranty departments
- Create, update, and manage service repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to maximize technician efficiency
- Assist with diagnosis notes, repair documentation, and warranty pre-authorization
- Ensure timely communication of job progress, parts status, and required follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and support compliance with company and manufacturer processes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or powersports service industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple jobs at once
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with service management software is a plus
