Oversees daily warehouse operations for the garage door division, including inventory control, staff supervision, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials. Ensures a safe, efficient workflow and accurate inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Oversee inventory flow and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff.
- Maintain safety compliance and enforce OSHA and workplace safety practices.
- Ensure efficiency and organization of goods and materials.
- Communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Prior forklift and warehouse experience.
- Supervisory and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Warehouse management experience: 1 year (required).
- Warehouse supervisor experience: 1 year (required).
- Forklift experience: 1 year (required).
