Installs and services garage doors and related components. Experience is preferred but not required. Training is available for motivated candidates who are willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install and service garage doors and related hardware.
- Assist with job site setup and safe handling of materials.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs.
- Use power tools and follow safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Basic knowledge of power tools.
- Mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, kneeling).
- Garage door experience preferred (not required).
- Construction experience: 1 year (required).
