What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Scheduling Operations Specialist position at ROM TECHNOLOGIES INC?
Job Description:
- Managing all Cardiac intake rescheduling and cancellation requests originating from other departments.
- Calling every patient who drops from the queue between Sales and Scheduling.
- Following up with all Orthopedic patients who have not yet started therapy and ensuring they are handled or routed appropriately.
- Serving as the primary point of contact on iOMs for the entire organization on behalf of the Patient Scheduling Department.
This position might evolve in a more Assistant Manager position based on performances.
Qualifications:-Experience in some related areas like: Logistics, Customer service, Patient management, Scheduling.
