Title: Warranty Administrator

Key Accountabilities:
- Process warranty and policy claims on a timely basis, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Analyze warranty data using MS Excel and create monthly, quarterly, and annual high-level reports.
- Organize and maintain documents pertaining to claims activities.
- Process claims and analyze data with focus on reducing warranty expense.
- Review each claim to verify accuracy and clarify any concerns.
- Communicate with all external distributors and dealers.
- Liaise with all internal departments including but not limited to Quality, Technical Service, Applications and Sales.
- Support warranty audits for domestic and overseas markets to ensure an error free process along the whole warranty chain.
- Establish, implement and support the warranty controlling tool to enable the warranty department to track the development of warranty costs filed by the distributor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
- Perform special projects as required.
Basic Requirements:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, or Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering and 3 years of claims, warranty, or service coordination experience; or 7 years of claims, warranty, or service coordination experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of internal combustion engines or engine systems.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with can-do attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- Foreign language skills (Spanish preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP systems (preferred)
