What you will be doing:
- Performs daily building inspections and tours
- Welcomes residents and visitors, and helps them to and from their vehicles
- Monitor all life safety devices for Independent and RC residents
- Fill out daily shift and incident reports. Send daily to designated people
- Assists residents with packages when they enter the community
- Delivers packages to the residents' apartments daily
- Responsible for logging and delivering of resident packages
- Sort and distribute inter-office mail
- Assist residents by occasionally moving their vehicles to their assigned location
- Provides requested assistance to residents in a courteous and helpful manner
- Responds to Emergency Calls from residents and staff and direct to appropriate responders
- Manages guest apartment reservations
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, senior living, or healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, scheduling systems, resident management software, administrative tasks).
- Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff.
- Able to handle difficult or emotional situations, shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences, and adheres to residents’ bill of rights.
- Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts.
- Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times.
- Ability to stay calm during an emergency.
- Empathy & respect for older adults.
- HS Diploma/GED required; hospitality-related training preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the community for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds as needed.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

Every Other Weekend 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
16 hours per pay.
Salary : $18 - $20
