What you will be doing:
- The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring an exceptional standard of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the community.
- Leads front-line staff, conducts inspections, provides training, coordinates daily work assignments, and ensures timely completion of resident and department needs.
- Upholds luxury hospitality principles and contributes to a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, guests, and team members.
- Ability to work with courtesy and professionalism in resident homes.
- Participate in safety audits and assist with regulatory readiness activities.
- Perform regular inspections of completed work and conduct follow-up training where needed. Maintain accurate daily logs, inspections, and assignment documentation.
- Coach team members through real-time feedback, training, and service modeling.
- Follows all safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and emergency preparedness guidelines.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to housekeeping and laundry associates.

- Ability to lead and inspire.
- HS Diploma/GED preferred.
- 1-2 years previous housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services supervisor experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with work order or facility management systems is a plus.
