What you will be doing:
- Performs daily building inspections and tours
- Welcomes residents and visitors, and help them to and from their vehicles
- Monitor all life safety devices for Independent and RC residents
- Fill out daily shift and incident reports. Send daily to designated people
- Assists residents with packages when they enter the community
- Delivers packages to the residents' apartments daily
- Responsible for logging and delivering of resident packages
- Sort and distribute inter-office mail
- Provides requested assistance to residents in a courteous and helpful manner
- Assists with covering the main front desk when needed
- Responds to Emergency Calls from residents and staff and direct to appropriate responders
- Manages guest apartment reservations
- Other duties as assigned

- Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to residents’ bill of rights.
- Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
- Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
- 10th-grade education, HS Diploma/GED preferred.
