Rohrich Lexus is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Counterperson to join our high-performing team. We are opening a brand-new state-of-the-art facility in Canonsburg. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of automotive parts, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarity with Reynolds is a plus but not required
- Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and sales
- Accurately look up and provide parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems
- Process parts order, returns, and warranties efficiently
- Maintain inventory organization and stock levels
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive or parts experience but not required (Lexus/Toyota a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to train the right person
Job Type: Full-time
