Rohrich Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing team. Pay Rate, plus monthly bonus is based on experience. Processing deals is a plus!!
Experience in 1 year of accounts payable experience and balancing is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations; reviewing missed entries, communicating with Team to make necessary adjustments
- Verifying and entering contracts, purchase orders, vendor invoices
- Credit Card Reconciliation, coding and posting for authorized employees
- Weekly Performance Deliverable Reports
- Month End Processing and Closing, daily Cash Review
- Daily use of Service Reynolds software
- Revenue Tagging to determine which industries our customers represent
- Calculate, Report and book Sales Tax (Monthly) & Local Taxes (Quarterly)
- Assist in other clerical and accounting duties required to accomplish general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, payroll functions, book keeping and accounts payable functions
Experience:
- Proficiency in automotive software is a plus but not recommended
- Accounting knowledge recommended and willingly to learn further
- Knowledge in 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- knowledge with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
