About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year's of industry work experience
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
