What You'll Do

Get Real Experience

• Walk job sites alongside our Safety Director, identifying hazards and implementing solutions
• Participate in incident investigations and learn root cause analysis
• Conduct safety inspections and audits on active construction projects
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings with field crews

• Help new employees understand our safety culture from day one
• Support subcontractors in meeting safety compliance requirements
• Contribute to safety program development and improvements

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
• Completed at least 2 years of coursework
• Passion for construction and commitment to safety excellence
  
  

Your Qualities

• Strong work ethic and genuine care for people
• Excellent communication skills—you can talk to anyone from laborers to executives
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk job sites in various weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willing to wear required PPE (we will provide it)
