Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our project Quality Control and Quality Assurance program with a special focus on mission critical infrastructure, MEP systems, and building envelope performance.

- Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, including inspection procedures and documentation
- Conduct field inspections across all construction scopes and verify material storage and installation
- Apply technical expertise in Tier-level data center requirements, redundancy systems, and envelope tightness
- Facilitate quality meetings and support project teams in resolving field conflicts
- Manage QC documentation in Procore and related systems
- 7 years of construction experience, including 3 years in QC, superintendent, or field engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with mission critical, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred
- USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred
