Position Purpose
At Rogers-O'Brien our MEP Managers ensure the seamless integration and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. They play a crucial role in managing all MEP-related aspects of a project to ensure these systems are installed on time, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Assistance, planning and quality control
- Commissioning Management
- Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion
- Supports PM and Superintendent to plan, organize and supervise the work of the MEP trades
- Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination
- General understanding on building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as it relates to construction related projects
- Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas
- Must have experience in leading project coordination, design assistance and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in following markets: healthcare, telecommunications, data centers or other mission critical projects
- Strong leadership and relationship skills required
- Have proven track record as a MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes
