What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent - Mission Critical position at Rogers-O'Brien Construction?
What does this mean for you as a mission-critical (Data Center) Superintendent? Although it will be your responsibility to build these intricate facilities alongside the Mission Critical Project Manager (from the conceptual plan, schedule, and staffing plans through completion), you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site.

In this important and demanding role, both you and the Project Manager will ensure that all team members – including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication. - Supervise all field operations for the project.
- Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
- Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
- Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
