Rogers Group is currently seeking a Quality Control supporting Carolina SMA, Greer, SC Upstate, SC. This position reports to the Quality Control Manager. The successful candidate will have strong work ethic, intuitive problem- solving skills and drive to meet the organization’s needs.

Job Details:
- Wages start at $21.00, Starting wage will be higher with verifiable experience.
- Fulltime/Permanent
- Weekend work may be required and overtime
- Lift 50lbs frequently
- Basic Repair of testing equipment
- Compute stockpile quantities
- Perform Field Test
- Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division
- Work with the sales team as needed
- May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
- High school diploma required
- Driver's License with Clean MVR Required
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Skilled in operating quality control lab equipment and testing materials.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications or similar.
- Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Basic mechanical/repair skills.
- Basic math and computing/technology skills.
- Flexible schedule (split/ possible Saturday shifts).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; be able to work on a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
- Operate testing equipment and company vehicles in a responsible and safe manner.
- Perform daily housekeeping operations and maintain a clean lab environment.
