Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using tools and products.
- Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs, explaining procedures clearly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and quality assurance.
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming tasks as needed to support overall property health and aesthetics.
- Operate vehicles responsibly for transportation between job sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance or treatment applications efficiently.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, including the safe handling and application of chemicals.
- Experience with pest control is highly desirable though not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Excellent driving skills with a valid license.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to educate clients about pest prevention solutions.
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build customer trust.
