We are partnering with a great law firm in Boston that is looking to add a Legal Billing Specialist to their team. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of current or recent legal billing experience to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full-cycle legal billing process
- Preparation, review, and processing of monthly prebills and final invoices
- Work closely with attorneys and partners
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing
- Monitoring billing cycles and key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of current or recent legal billing experience required
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Ability to work onsite in boston
Compensation: 70-75K depending on experience
