Job Details
We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced Billing Specialist to join our Corporate Billing team. This role owns the entire client billing lifecycle, from contract review and matter setup through invoice generation, analysis, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
Perform daily, high-volume client contract reviews and matter setup upon case activation
Generate routine, electronic, and complex client invoices in accordance with contractual terms
Track, manage, and report on multiple billing assignments and deadlines
Enter, edit, customize, and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy
Partner closely with internal teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
Support and guide other billing team members once fully trained and qualified
What We’re Looking For
5 years of full-charge billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key
Experience with Workday
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Reliable attendance and consistent performance
