Roessel Joy has partnered with an established Construction company on a new Senior Staff Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working hands-on within AP/AR, support job costing activities, and experience reviewing payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison with our CPA firm.
- Experienced in AP, AR.
- Daily Cash and G/L reconciliations.
- Job costing.
- WIP analysis.
- Oversee Company Insurances.
- Review accuracy of weekly Payroll completed by payroll clerk.
- Provide process analysis and recommend initiatives and improvements.
- Proficient with fully integrated accounting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Construction industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
