As the HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leadership and employees to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, administering employee benefits, assisting with employee relations matters, maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer documentation, facilitating new hire orientation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Administer employee benefits, answer employee questions, support open enrollment, and partner with benefit vendors as needed.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees by assisting with HR-related questions, employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Support HR initiatives, process improvements, compliance reporting, audits, and other projects that contribute to an efficient HR function.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administration, office operations, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership and other departments.
- Provide professional front-office support by answering phones, greeting visitors, and creating a positive first impression for employees and guests.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or in a similar human resources role with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- A professional, and approachable demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is confident working in a client-facing office environment and comfortable answering phones and interacting with employees, candidates, and visitors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
