Roessel Joy has partnered with an established non-profit on a new CFO position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with managing accounting/finance staff, have a strong background working in the non-profit industry, and experience supporting grant accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in strategic financial and accounting initiatives.
- Presents financials to the Board of Directors.
- Partner with the rest of the C-Suite on strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all accounting functions including month-end-close, financial reporting, and financial audits.
- Oversee grant related financial reporting.
- Complete budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Manage a team of accounting/finance staff.
- Support system and process automations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Non-Profit Accounting Leadership.
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong staff management experience.
- Experience with Board relations.
Salary : $230,000 - $250,000
