Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle AP and AR functions
Process invoices, payments, cash applications, and collections
Process warranty claims, damaged shipment reimbursements, and vendor rebates
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
Work across multiple departments and priorities
Maintain accurate records and support ad hoc accounting needs
Qualifications:
3 years of AP/AR experience
Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable managing interruptions and shifting priorities
Ability to work full-time onsite
Salary : $26 - $28
