We are partnering with a company in the Mansfield, MA area who is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This role will work closely with the accounting and finance team on various AR functions and month-end activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations and customer invoicing
- Process and apply customer payments, resolving any discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with cash reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate customer account records and support reporting needs
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is highly preferred
Compensation: $25-27/hour depending on experience with benefits
