Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
- Assist with billing processes including data entry, invoice preparation, and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Support reconciliation efforts and help resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding billing and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
