Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1 years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist is needed for a contract position supporting a high school student population with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD). This role provides direct services to approximately 12 students, focusing on their emotional and behavioral needs within an educational setting.
Location: Kingston, NH
Hours: 20 hours per week, spread over 3 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized counseling and support to a caseload of about 12 high school students with EBD
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist is required; Statements of Eligibility will not be accepted
- Experience working with students who have emotional and behavioral disorders preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
