Senior Legal Assistant - Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm

Roebuck Law Firm is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Las Vegas serving clients in Nevada and California. We handle primarily motor vehicle collision, premises liability, and dog bite cases, and we are building a high-accountability, technology-driven operation designed to move cases efficiently and serve clients at a highest level.

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support our pre-litigation team. This role is critical to maintaining organized case files, ensuring records are complete, and supporting clear communication with clients throughout their case.

The Legal Assistant supports Case Managers and Attorneys by managing administrative and case-related tasks that keep files moving forward. This role is responsible for maintaining organization across active cases, tracking records, and assisting with client communication in both English (and ideally Spanish), as needed.

This is a structured, detail-driven role with the opportunity to grow into a Case Manager position over time.

• Maintain organized and accurate casefiles within Filevine
• Request, track, and organize medical records, billing records and subrogation liens
• Follow up with insurance adjusters on claims and correspondence
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate key case-related activities
• Ensure all documents are properly saved and named
• Support office staff with other tasks and serve as backup support when needed

• Case files are consistently organized, complete, and easy to navigate
• Medical records and bills are obtained timely and tracked accurately with no follow-up gaps
• Communication with clients and third parties is timely and professional
• Tasks and deadlines are managed effectively across multiple active cases
• Case Managers and Attorneys receive accurate and organized support

• 2 years of experience in a personal injury pre-litigation role
• Familiarity with personal injury case flow and terminology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Filevine case management software
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is required, and Spanish as well is preferred

• Salary: $30,000 - $55,000 DOE
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to measurable KPIs
