Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Taking charge of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions that make an impact
- Representing clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Building real relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal process
- Working closely with a driven, supportive legal team
- Handling commercial policy cases and commercial defendants in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
- Taking cases all the way through trial and to verdict (Preferred, but not required)
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed in Nevada (Additional Compensation - if also licensed in Arizona or other states)
- 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury and trial experience preferred)
- Experience with commercial policy cases
- Preferably bilingual in Spanish and English (not required)
- Confident in the courtroom, strong in writing, and sharp on strategy
- A team player who’s hungry to grow and help clients win
- Entrepreneurial mindset a plus — growth opportunities may extend beyond Nevada
